Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the jljlapp platform, including all products, services, features, and content made available through jljlapp.net and any associated mobile or web applications (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all users of jljlapp, including registered account holders and visitors who access the Platform without registering.

By accessing or using jljlapp in any capacity — including creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, claiming a bonus, or visiting any page of the Platform — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, together with jljlapp's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you are accessing jljlapp on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. Use of the Platform by persons under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited.

Definitions

Eligibility

• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, court order, or regulatory direction that prohibits you from gambling.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of jljlapp or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or service partners.

Account Registration

To access real-money gaming on jljlapp, you must create an Account through the jljlapp registration process. By completing registration, you confirm the accuracy and completeness of all information provided.

• Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) jljlapp Account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity, a different name, or through a proxy — is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide your real full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information constitutes an immediate breach of these Terms.
• jljlapp reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time, including before processing any withdrawal. Accepted KYC documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your jljlapp Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Login credentials with any other person.
• Any action taken through your Account — including wagers placed, deposits made, and bonuses claimed — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you personally authorized the action.
• If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorized party, you must notify jljlapp support immediately via live chat (available 8AM–12MN PHT) or by emailing [email protected].

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jljlapp Platform are processed in Philippine Peso (₱PHP). jljlapp supports the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Supported methods and applicable limits are subject to change; the current list is always available in the jljlapp cashier section.

Deposits:

• Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically processed in real time and credited to your jljlapp Balance immediately upon confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are subject to standard Philippine banking processing timelines.
• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the jljlapp cashier at the time of transaction.
• jljlapp reserves the right to decline or reverse a deposit if it triggers a compliance, fraud, or anti-money laundering review.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that is registered in your name and was used to make a deposit on your jljlapp Account.
• Before any withdrawal is processed, jljlapp may require completion of KYC verification. Withdrawal requests will remain pending until verification is complete.
• jljlapp targets processing of withdrawal requests within one (1) to five (5) Philippine business days, subject to the payment provider's own processing timelines.
• Withdrawal of Bonus Funds is not permitted until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• jljlapp reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal pending investigation if fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is detected on the Account.

Bonuses & Promotions

jljlapp may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms that will be communicated alongside each promotion. The following general conditions apply to all jljlapp bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonus offers are available to Players who have a verified jljlapp Account in good standing. jljlapp reserves the right to exclude any Player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Each promotion is limited to one (1) claim per Player, per household address, per device, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times constitute a breach of these Terms.
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit for each bonus will be stated in that promotion's terms. Until wagering requirements are met, Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games and table games typically contribute at a lower percentage than video slots. Contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.
• jljlapp reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time, including after it has been credited to a Player's Account, if jljlapp determines that the bonus was claimed through abuse, error, or in breach of these Terms.
• Winnings generated from Bonus Funds in excess of any stated maximum win cap will be removed from the Balance prior to withdrawal processing.

Gameplay Rules

All games available on the jljlapp Platform — including but not limited to slots, live casino, bingo, fishing games, sabong, and sports betting — are governed by the rules specific to each game or product, as displayed within the game interface or the relevant product section of the Platform. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

• Game outcomes on jljlapp are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for virtual games, and by real-time physical outcomes for live dealer games and sabong. jljlapp does not manipulate game outcomes.
• A Wager is considered final once confirmed by the Platform. jljlapp is under no obligation to void or reverse a confirmed Wager unless the game experienced a verified technical malfunction.
• In the event of a technical error, server failure, or disconnection that prevents the resolution of a Wager, jljlapp will endeavor to restore the game to its last verifiable state. Where this is not possible, the Wager may be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's Balance.
• jljlapp reserves the right to void Wagers and/or withhold winnings if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a wager was placed using exploitative methods, software automation, or by circumventing game mechanics in an unintended manner.
• For sports betting, jljlapp's trading team has the right to suspend markets, revise odds, and void bets at any time before settlement if there is evidence of corrupted data, obvious pricing error, or a regulatory directive.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jljlapp Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or any artificial means to place Wagers or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players, match-fixing, or any form of fraud designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Opening multiple jljlapp Accounts or registering under a false identity for any purpose, including circumventing a self-exclusion order or bonus restriction.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such vulnerability discovered must be reported to jljlapp support immediately and must not be exploited for personal gain.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction, or using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to mask your true location.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward jljlapp staff or other Players via any communication channel connected to the Platform.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your jljlapp Account by any third party, including family members, associates, or agents.

Intellectual Property

All content on the jljlapp Platform — including but not limited to the jljlapp name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, trademarks, and service marks — is the property of jljlapp or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any jljlapp content without prior written authorization.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content or software.
• Use jljlapp's name, logo, or branding in any way that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without express written consent from jljlapp.
• Scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract content from the Platform by automated means.

Any unauthorized use of jljlapp's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by jljlapp and its licensors.

Privacy & Data

jljlapp collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Players in connection with Account registration, KYC verification, financial transactions, and Platform usage. The collection and use of your personal data is governed by the jljlapp Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering a jljlapp Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of your data for identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, customer support, and the delivery of promotional communications where you have opted in.

Responsible Gaming

• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) without permanently closing it.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently restrict your access to the jljlapp Platform for a minimum period of six (6) months. During a self-exclusion period, jljlapp will take reasonable steps to prevent you from accessing the Platform and will not send you any promotional communications. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion order by opening a new Account constitutes a breach of these Terms.

Suspension & Termination

jljlapp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargebacks or disputed transaction from a payment provider.
• A regulatory direction, court order, or law enforcement request requiring Account restriction or closure.
• The Player's Account has been inactive for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon Account closure, any real-money Balance remaining (after deduction of Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements, and any amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to completion of applicable KYC verification.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jljlapp, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failure, disconnection, or server downtime beyond jljlapp's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Login credentials.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on any information, content, or promotion displayed on the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service offered through it.

The Platform and all services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jljlapp's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

Amendments to These Terms

jljlapp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, jljlapp will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the change taking effect.

Your continued use of the jljlapp Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 12.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last updated.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the jljlapp Platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. jljlapp operates in the PAGCOR-regulated Philippine online gaming market, and regulatory complaints may also be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.
